Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shaheed Poultry Center Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the freshest products and the best customer experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, or returns are accepted.

  1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • In case of successful cancellation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  1. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • If you have canceled the order before dispatch.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
  • If an item is unavailable after payment is processed, we will initiate a full or partial refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  1. Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of meat, seafood, and fresh groceries, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.
  • If you have concerns about product quality, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.
  1. Quality Issues

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or has quality issues, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with order details and pictures.
  • We will verify and issue a replacement or a refund, as per our discretion.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
  • Delay caused by natural calamities, traffic, strikes, or events beyond our control.
  • If the product is consumed or altered after delivery.
  1. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the transaction (e.g., credit card, UPI, wallet).
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
