All prices on our Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Payment options include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (where applicable).
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

6 . Order Confirmation & Delivery

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation (via email/SMS).
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, supply issues).
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we may charge additional delivery fees for reattempts.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
For refunds, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Fresh meat and perishable items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

8. Food Safety & Quality

We ensure that all products are sourced, handled, and packed following FSSAI standards.
We are not liable for any health-related issues arising from improper storage or handling of products post-delivery.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Misuse the Platform for fraudulent purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
Use our Platform for illegal or harmful activities.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, and content on our Platform are the intellectual property of SHAHEED POULTRY CENTER PRIVATE LIMITED.
You cannot reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Platform.
Our liability is limited to the order amount paid by you.
